Return and refund

1. Overview

At Rosendale Travels, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, the item will be collected from your location or a return address will be provided.

5. Refund Process

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of cash at the time of product pickup or by another mutually agreed cash-handling method. Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for the replacement product to be delivered after the returned item is received and inspected.
